Why isn't my lead showing up in Clio Grow?

Use this checklist to troubleshoot:
- Was the message for a New Client? Only those are synced.
- Are you checking the correct spot under Leads?
- Check the Ignored tab—leads can be moved there manually.
- Has the LCT changed or expired? We’ll need a current one if so.
Still not resolved?
- Send us:
- The Message ID(s) of the missing leads
- A screenshot of your Clio Grow leads screen
We’ll verify the LCT, review the sync logs, and get you answers.
