Why isn't my lead showing up in Clio Grow?

Use this checklist to troubleshoot:

  • Was the message for a New Client? Only those are synced.
  • Are you checking the correct spot under Leads?
  • Check the Ignored tab—leads can be moved there manually.
  • Has the LCT changed or expired? We’ll need a current one if so.

Still not resolved?

  • Send us:
    • The Message ID(s) of the missing leads
    • A screenshot of your Clio Grow leads screen

We’ll verify the LCT, review the sync logs, and get you answers.
