Why isn't my lead showing up in Lawmatics?

Run through this checklist:

  • New Client only? The integration syncs only new client messages.
  • Are you checking the Matters section?
  • Is the integration active? If expired or inactive, leads won’t appear.

Still not seeing your lead?

  • Send us the Message ID(s) and a screenshot of where you’re looking in Lawmatics.
  • We’ll check the sync history and help resolve it.

Also check for:

  • Duplicate Matters (could be firm automations)
  • Confirm new client message (we only push new client messages to Lawmatics to avoid duplicate matters)
