Why isn't my lead showing up in Lead Docket?

Here’s what to check:

  • Was the message for a New Client? Only new client messages are synced.
  • Are you looking under Opportunities? That’s where synced leads appear.
  • Was the form URL valid? Check that it was copied completely.

Still not there?

  • Send us:
    • The Message ID(s) of missing leads
    • A screenshot of where you’re checking in Lead Docket
  • We’ll verify the integration and confirm whether the data was sent successfully
