Why isn't my lead showing up in Lead Docket?

Here’s what to check:
- Was the message for a New Client? Only new client messages are synced.
- Are you looking under Opportunities? That’s where synced leads appear.
- Was the form URL valid? Check that it was copied completely.
Still not there?
- Send us:
- The Message ID(s) of missing leads
- A screenshot of where you’re checking in Lead Docket
- We’ll verify the integration and confirm whether the data was sent successfully
