Why isn't my lead showing up in PracticePanther?

Try the following steps:
- Was it a New Client? Only new client calls sync to PracticePanther. General or existing client calls will not.
- Are you looking in the right place? Leads appear under Activities > Calls.
- Is the integration active? If it expired or was never activated, messages won’t sync.
If everything checks out and you still don’t see the lead:
- Please send us the Message ID(s) of the missing lead(s)
- Include a screenshot of where you’re looking in PracticePanther
Our Tech Team will investigate and follow up.
