Why isn't my lead showing up in Smokeball?

Here’s a checklist to troubleshoot:
- Is it a New Client message? Only those are synced—existing client calls are not.
- Check under Tasks and Memos if it’s not in Leads.
- Was the integration activated? Confirm in the portal or ask our Tech Team.
If the issue persists:
- Provide the Message ID(s) and a screenshot of your Smokeball screen
- We’ll confirm integration status and verify lead delivery
Also check:
- That the state abbreviation is correctly entered in your Smokeball firm profile
- That duplicate leads aren’t caused by caller re-entry or firm-side automations
