Why isn't my lead showing up in Smokeball?

Here’s a checklist to troubleshoot:

  • Is it a New Client message? Only those are synced—existing client calls are not.
  • Check under Tasks and Memos if it’s not in Leads.
  • Was the integration activated? Confirm in the portal or ask our Tech Team.

If the issue persists:

  • Provide the Message ID(s) and a screenshot of your Smokeball screen
  • We’ll confirm integration status and verify lead delivery

Also check:

  • That the state abbreviation is correctly entered in your Smokeball firm profile
  • That duplicate leads aren’t caused by caller re-entry or firm-side automations
