How can I customize the mobile app

The app is designed to adapt to your firm’s workflow. Here are the ways you can personalize it:
Organize Messages with Custom Folders
You can request custom folders to categorize messages based on your preferences, such as:
- New Leads
- Court Calls
- Urgent Matters
- Follow-ups
Just contact our Tech Team and let them know how you want your folders labeled.
Add Multiple Users
Each staff member at your firm can have their own login to the app. To set this up:
- Email our Tech Team with the full name and email address of each team member
- They’ll receive an activation link to set up their password and log in
Customize Notifications
To adjust notification settings:
- Go to your phone’s Settings > Notifications > Answering Legal
- Ensure alerts are enabled, and choose your preferred notification style (banner, sound, etc.)
Choose Your Callback Method
You can choose how you’d like to follow up with leads:
- Tap to call, text, or email directly from the app message view
- These actions use your device’s native apps (Phone, SMS, Email)
Tip: Update Contact Preferences
If you want messages delivered in a certain format or to include/exclude specific info, let our team know. We’ll adjust how your message summaries appear in the app.
