Every answering service is different
There’s a reason Call Ruby’s answering service is popular with small businesses around the country. They train their receptionists to be able to field calls for industries from mechanics to dentists, and to do it so you can hear the receptionist smiling on the other line.
But service with a smile isn’t enough for law firms. Legal consumers have some of the most complicated and sensitive needs of consumers in any industry, and they need specialized service.
