3 Types of Content Anyone Can Create
3 Types of Content Anyone Can Create
You might not think that you can create a ton on your own, but there are a ton of resources - FREE resources, and CHEAP resources available to you that will help you to create content for your website. This isn’t just basic content; this is the type of stuff that your website visitors won’t just click away from and this also isn’t the type of content that looks boring on your website. This post is the REAL recommendation sheet of what you should do when it comes to that “wow” factor for your website.
1. Whiteboard Animation Video
If you’re like me, you might be visually and graphically challenged. Not everyone has the gift of painting, drawing, and making things look beautiful with a pencil and paper. Nay, you and I draw stick figures and that’s just about it. However, there exists a world of those talented with design ready for you and I to hire them to produce a whiteboard animation video for us! This world inhabits: fiverr.com. You can hire someone to create a video for you starting at just five dollars. However, you do get what you pay for, and you might consider upgrading your hired services depending on the quality desired.
Option 1: Fiverr
For example: for five dollars on fiverr.com, you can hire someone to create a 30 second video for you, with free background music and your website URL as well as your logo. This is probably not the most sophisticated option, and you can hire the same person for 60 dollars to create a 60 second whiteboard video with a full voiceover recording, and it will be a much higher quality video! You can of course, request revisions from your hired help, so make sure the video is to your liking before posting it. There are also much more expensive options that we are going to include, just in case you have the budget to accommodate this sort of thing.
Option 2: PowToon
PowToon is a Whiteboard Animation software that will allow you to make your own video. If you pay for the entire year up front, it is only $19 per month, whereas if you pay month-to-month, it is $89 per month. PowToon allows you to create and design your entire video, will suggest royalty free background music for you, and will allow you to upload your own voiceover. This is a really great option for those who want to create whiteboard animation videos but are on a budget, and are a little more on the artsy side. If you don’t have the time, energy, or creativity, PowToon may not be the best option for you.
Option 3: Whiteboardanimation.com
We’re not saying this is inexpensive. In fact, this may not be an option for you, and that’s okay. Fiverr.com and PowToon are both great options! Whiteboardanimation.com dives deep into the nuances of whiteboard animation, consults with you personally on your script, and has a library of thousands of sound effects songs to choose from. Your video with whiteboardanimation.com will be extremely professional, and impressively captivating. Just don’t spit your coffee out onto your computer screen when you see their prices.
2. Classic Blog Post
You might be thinking, “I already write my own blog,” or, “I have blog posts already and they don’t do anything for me!” You’re not entirely wrong. Your blog may not be what your clients want to read on your website right now, so you may have lost all hope when it comes to blogging. BUT STOP BEING LAZY, LET’S CHANGE THAT! Let’s write blog posts that are really interesting, and here’s how:
Get a Guest Blogger:
I know you have friends that are in the same business as you. Email them and ask them to do a guest blog on your website about something they’re passionate about. It’ll be interesting.
Loosen Up:
Take just 1% off of your professionalism. Really let your voice come through on your blog posts. It will make for a much more interesting piece, and it will be much more relatable for your readers.
Use Humor!
People like to laugh. In fact, most of the commercials and advertisements you see these days use humor because it engages people more. You can be funny, and I’d bet you know some corny jokes and puns that you can use to get people chuckling.
3. eBook:
I know what you’re saying. “I can’t write an entire eBook! I don’t have time! I have to be in court and I have a million appointments and I have to…” I stopped listening to your excuses.
MAKE TIME! An eBook can be really fun to create, and can be a real lead generator for your website! Here are some ideas for you to create your eBook!
- The Ultimate Guide To…
- Here’s The Secret To…
- Don’t Take Another Step Without…
Make the title really spicy. People love to read things that answer their questions. Ask the question, and be the one to answer it. If you’re a Criminal Defense lawyer, write: The Ultimate Guide to Dealing With Your DUI.If you’re a Bankruptcy Attorney, write: Here’s The Secret To Dealing With Your Bankruptcy. The possibilities are endless if you use a little creativity.

ASK FOR HELP! If you’re stuck as far as content ideas go, I guarantee if you go on Facebook or Twitter and you say: “Hey! I’m experiencing a little bit of a creativity block. What should my next post be about?” Someone will answer you. Even if it’s not the answer you’re looking for, you might get an idea.
