Cynthia Sharp is co-founder of The Legal Burnout Solution alongside Kansas attorney Becky Howlett. Harnessing their personal experiences in overcoming occupational burnout using meditation and mindfulness, Cynthia and Becky provide training/coaching that safeguards and supports legal advocates’ overall productivity, effectiveness, and fulfillment.
Like so many others, Cynthia struggled for years with common mental health issues afflicting lawyers such as anxiety, depression and alcoholism. Meditation and mindfulness have been among the tools she has faithfully used to remain in balance since her sobriety date of September 23, 2009. Cynthia is committed to promoting well-being in the legal field and beyond.
