Why Our New Legal Answering Service Pricing Plan Is Great News For Your Firm
At Answering Legal, we’ve always prided ourselves on our ability to provide high quality phone answering assistance for law practices of all different sizes. Of course one of the biggest requirements any attorney will have when deciding whether to invest in a new service, is a price that fits into their budget. So naturally, in order to effectively serve a wide variety of lawyers, we needed to develop a wide variety of pricing options.
That’s why we’re so thrilled to share with you the details of our new and improved legal answering service pricing plan. In this blog post, we’ll let you know a little more about the pricing packages we developed just for solo, medium, and large firms, and what attorneys can do if they don’t fall into one these plans. But, first let’s talk a little about how we settle on the perfect pricing package for your firm.
Your Free Trial Period
Upon signing up with Answering Legal, you’ll get to try out our service for free. We offer this initial trial period for both your benefit and ours. You get a better idea of how our legal intake receptionist team can work with and improve your firm on a day-to-day basis, while we learn more about your call volume, allowing us to develop a minute package that will accommodate your firm’s exact needs.
During your trial period, you don’t get charged a cent, and still get to experience premium features like 24 hour live answering, full legal intake, and bilingual phone support. While the trial is taking place, we encourage attorneys to run an advertisement, and experience firsthand how exactly Answering Legal impacts their lead capturing. If you’re like most attorneys, you’ll immediately grow to love our receptionist team and the benefits they bring for your firm. When you do decide to move forward with Answering Legal.
A look at Answering Legal’s new pricing plans.
Solo Plans
Solo practitioners can greatly benefit from increased receptionist coverage, but may not be getting enough calls to justify the cost of hiring a full-time receptionist. This seemingly makes solo attorneys a great fit for using an answering service. Unfortunately, most answering services will take advantage of solo firms, by forcing them to buy minutes that they may never use, and tacking on a number of unnecessary fees.
Answering Legal’s Solo Plan is different, as it allows attorneys to purchase just 50 minutes of our service each month, at a cost of $3.55 per minute. This plan is highly affordable, and allows solo practitioners to only pay for minutes they’ll actually use. Solo firms should see significant improvement in their new lead conversion rates, while still staying under budget. It’s worth noting that all of our company’s premium features are included in every one of our pricing plans, no matter how small. If because of using our service, a solo attorney experiences significant growth, they can easily upgrade to another Answering Legal pricing plan.
Medium Plans
Let’s say that new marketing campaign your firm has been working on is finally starting to pay dividends. Your phones are ringing more than ever before, even outside of normal office hours. The only problem is, you and your staff are becoming overwhelmed, and certainly can’t answer calls at all hours of the day and night. If your office could use a little extra phone support, to ensure that all the potential new leads calling into your office are actually captured, Answering Legal’s medium plan could be just what you’re looking for.
This plan offers double the amount of minutes as our solo plan, and is perfect for growing firms expecting a higher amount of calls than usual over the next month. Your monthly costs remain relatively low, while your chances to convert new clients raise exponentially.
Large Plans
Does your firm have big plans for the future? Has your practice been throwing around words like “expansion” around during meetings? Answering Legal would love to help you better manage your phone lines, and give your firm every opportunity to break through to that next level.
If your client list is growing fast, your daily call volume is likely on the rise as well. Managing all those calls poorly, or failing to answer them at all, can lead to customers growing frustrated and your firm receiving negative reviews. You can prevent this from happening, by investing in our large plan. The 200 minutes in this plan should in most cases be more than enough for larger sized firms, and if it’s not we can always go bigger.
Custom Plans
If after reading all this, you’re interested in investing a top notch legal answering service, but aren’t sure if any of the above pricing plans are right for your firm, don’t worry. At Answering Legal we can customize a quote specifically for your firm. The monthly minute totals in our custom plans can literally range from 50 minutes to over 50,000. Custom plans still offer all of our premium features. And remember, you’ll get to try our service out for 10 days free, which will give us more than enough time to properly access your minutes needs.
So what comes next? It’s time for us to start learning a little more about your business. Fill out a free trial form here, and you’ll soon be hearing from one of Customer Success Experts.
