How hard is it to get started with Answering Legal?
It isn’t. Our setup process is entirely painless, thanks to our white-glove setup team. In just a fifteen minute phone call, we’ll get all the information we need to set up your account.
Here are just a few things we’ll cover in that phone call:
- Your custom greeting
- When you’d like to forward your calls to us
- Where to send your messages
- Which calls to transfer and when
- The law firm software integrations you need
- Your custom legal intake process
We want you to understand exactly how Answering Legal will support your law firm, so all of our features are included in our free trial. That includes integrations and access to the Answering Legal app.
Can Answering Legal start answering my calls today?
Once you’ve told us how you want us to answer your calls, our setup team will get to work on getting everything in order. The same day you sign up for the free trial, our virtual receptionists will start answering for your firm.
- We’ll handle everything during this setup process ourselves.
- We’ll work with your phone provider to set up your call forwarding protocol.
- Our virtual receptionists will immediately use your custom greeting and legal intake.
- Your messages will be sent wherever you need them.
- We’ll build custom integrations with your law firm software.
- Your account will be linked with the Answering Legal app.
The only thing you’ll have to do is download the Answering Legal app once we’ve set up your account! From there until the end of your free trial, our virtual receptionists will be handling your calls according to your custom settings
How can I customize my service?
We establish your custom settings during the setup call, but you can actually change them at any time.
It works like this:
Let’s say you decide the greeting you initially went with, “Thank you for calling John Smith Law. How may I help you?” is too generic. Inspiration strikes you in the middle of your lunch break, and you decide you want our virtual receptionists to greet your callers with: “Thank you for calling John Smith Law, Milwaukee’s #1 name in personal injury law. How can we help you?”
All you need to do is call our support number, send us an email at our support address, or fill out a ticket on the Answering Legal app, and we’ll make that change right away.
That’s true 24 hours a day, and true for every one of our custom features. We’ll even make a change for you at any time during the free trial! We’re committed to growing and changing with the firms we support, which is why our service is 100 percent customizable.
