Here’s how it works

Our integrations team will set everything up for you behind the scenes. When your integration is ready, we’ll send you a custom link via email.  All you need to do is click the link and authorize the integration by inputting your login credentials, and Answering Legal will be connected to your Smokeball account!

From there, new client calls will populate into your Smokeball platform in various places. Contact information will appear in the Contacts section of your platform, along with links to their entries in your Lead View, where you can see the legal intake and any message they left. That same information will also be in your Task View and Memo View, so no matter how you operate, you’ll always have everything you need to track and capture a new lead at your fingertips.

These messages will still be sent to your Answering Legal app and/or your email. Keep in mind that only new lead messages will be sent to Smokeball, keeping your intake management free from the clutter of existing client messages.
